Dr. Cindy Gordon - CEO |
Dr. Cindy Gordon is the CEO and Founder of Helix Commerce International Inc., a company specializing in business innovation, collaboration commerce, and talent management service solutions. Fortune 500 Clients Helix works with are: Amdocs, Bell Canada, CIBC, Microsoft, Royal Bank of Canada, SAP, Siemens, Xerox etc. Helix also works with not for profit leading organizations like the Canadian Cancer Society and George Brown College. Recently, Dr. Gordon also founded 2BeVirtual.com with Founder of Got Marketing, Lynda Partner.
Prior to starting Helix, she was a Partner with XDL Intervest , a venture capital fund which invested in early stage eCommerce companies. She has also held senior executive and partnership positions with Accenture, Nortel Networks, Xerox, and Citicorp. In her role with Accenture, Cindy was a Global Practice Leader in their knowledge management practice and eBusiness Practice. During her tenure with Xerox, she also held roles as Senior Director and General Manager Outsourcing Services, Sales and Service Operations, Professional Services, and Total Quality. Prior to joining Xerox, Cindy was a senior director of Strategy for Nortel Networks and was also a prior senior executive with Citicorp. In addition Dr. Gordon is an active board director or board advisor in both for profit and not for profit organizations.
Cindy sits as a board director or board advisor to: Bubble Labs, Cquay, Eloqua, QuickPlay Media, MedWorxx, Pinpoint Selling, Snipe Networks, and View 22. Past Board Roles include: Atlantis Technologies, Got Marketing, Kamoon, Mongoose, Novator Systems, Open Lava, and Xaplica. Cindy is a member of the Toronto Angel Group and supports early stage companies accelerate their growth. She was also the Founder and Chair of the CEO Fusion Center, a not for profit organization to help accelerate early stage companies. Her not for profit board experience includes: Executive Director of The Canadian Stage; Executive Director and VP, The Strategic Leadership Forum; President of Xerox Women's Alliance; Founding Director, First Tuesday Canada; Chair, Computer Information Processing Society; President Toronto Downtown ToastMasters; and a past Chairperson for The United Way. She has also been an active mentor for the University of Rotman Business School MBA graduates. Dr. Gordon is well published in business innovation strategies with over six books in the field of knowledge management, collaboration commerce, Innovation, and Electronic Commerce.
Her most recent book Why Buy The Cow on the future of Software as a Service will be released in Fall, 2007. Her recent book on Winning at Collaboration Commerce published in 2006 was rated as a must read by Harvard Business Press. In addition, The University of Western Business School's new book "Women in the Lead," profiled the top 300 Women in Canada where Dr. Gordon was recognized for her corporate governance leadership.

Brad Arsenault |
Brad Arsenault is a senior Helix associate specializing in technology and communications business with a focus on network infrastructure, Internet and Voice over IP services. He has provided both strategic and tactical consulting services to a variety of enterprise and carrier market leaders. Mr. Arsenault has held Executive positions, most recently as VP Operations with Harmony Mobile Networks and MCI Canada. Brad is currently supporting Rogers Communication in a major VoiP program initiative and supporting Helix in its digital capital service offerings.Prior to MCI,
Mr. Arsenault owned and operated his own technology based consulting practice where he provided network design, costs savings plans and other value added services to companies such as Cisco Canada, Unilever Canada, Magna Corporation, Mercedes Benz Canada and Allstate Insurance, just to name a few.
Mr. Arsenault is a Certified Project Management Professional with the PMI.

Kathyrn Haynes |
Kathryn Haynes is the Helix Office Manager for the Talent Management Recruiting Service line of business, and oversees all business administration practices. She is the primary communication’s contact for our recruitment practice, both for full time and part-time candidates. In addition to these responsibilities, Kathryn supports Helix’s Talent’ Management parent company Helix Commerce International, an international strategy consulting firm. Kathryn has industry expertise in Communications and High Tech, HealthCare and Medical, and Retail. She has work experience in companies like: PotteryBarn, SEM Technology (Hong Kong), Eaglebell (Hong Kong), and HCI, manufacturers of Bimo vehicles (Indonesia).

David Howell |
David is a Helix Alliance Partner, and is currently, President & CEO of Associate Marketing International Inc. David is Helix’s senior Talent Management Partner overseeing client needs in the Retail sector. AMI’s service focus specializes in sales & marketing, consulting, public and media relations, merchandising, advertising, market research, printing and media and project management. Sector focus—retail, telecom, consumer packaged goods, banking, foodservice, entertainment and hospitality sectors AMI fills a specific void in today’s competitive professional services market and serves some of Canada’s TOP 1000 companies in a number of competencies such as: supply chain management, corporate re-engineering, cost cutting, CRM, process improvements, corporate reorganization, I/T and financial services. David has 30 years experience and provides candid third party perspectives in a number of specific competencies.
Leadership positions held include the launch of three multinational companies in Canada. David was a Senior Vice President at TAG Apparel and Vice President of Liz Claiborne Canada.
David has a decades worth of experience in consumer market research and has assisted most of Canada’s Tier l and Tier ll retailers with strategic planning in the area of merchandising, assortment planning, sku rationalization, work flow analysis, maintenance/warranty insurance programs and pandemic planning in a consulting capacity. Mr. Howell also represents Covansys, a U.S. based organization serving the Canadian business community with domestic and off-shore outsourcing of technology and back shop support. In addition, AMI partners with the Richard Ivey School of Business with the marketing of INSEADS – Store Wars, which is a merchandising, professional development course. Mr. Howell holds marketing and consulting positions with Ipsos-Reid, Retelon, a software solutions provider to the North American retail market and RACE INC., a company entrenched in Formula I, Formula 3000 and Le Mans racing and world-wide event planning. In addition, Mr. Howell is a principal of Canada’s Wedding Expo, having presented its’ inaugural show at the Rogers Centre in Toronto in January 2007

Sheldon Leith |
Sheldon Leith is a Helix Board Advisor and a senior Helix Business Associate. Most recently he was the VP of Supply Chain Management for Rogers. He brings over 20 years of managerial and consulting experience to Helix, with deep expertise in supply chain and lean operations in the consumer goods industry. Most recently, Sheldon was the Vice President of Supply Chain & Information Systems and CIO of Emco Limited where he spearheaded the development and implementation of supply chain and information technology strategies to support the business strategy. As a partner in the retail and consumer products practice at Ernst & Young, he provided supply chain consulting, operational restructuring services and customer relationship management advice to his clients in the retail and distribution industries.

Wayne Ronhaar is a Helix Board Advisor, and partner of Helix Commerce International. With nearly 30 years of business & technology background, Wayne has been responsible for SMB & Enterprise scale Business & Technology Strategies and operations. His core industry competencies are in Banking, Insurance, High Tech, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, and Professional Services. With service and experience in the roles of CEO, COO, CFO, CIO, CEA, and Vice President, most recently serving as the National Platform & Strategy Advisor for Microsoft Canada. As Microsoft Canada’s Senior Technology Advisor and Strategist, Wayne worked with the Senior CXO Level executives & decision makers of Canada’s largest and strategic organizations in both the Enterprise & Government sectors, where he was responsible for advising Senior Leadership on the alignment of Business & Technology Strategy, Business Value & IT Economics, IT Strategy, Technology Strategy, and Emerging Technologies & Strategies.
